Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our website www.luporix.com . By purchasing an item, you accept these terms.

2. Offer & Products

We offer both new and used Pokémon cards (second-hand). The cards may vary in edition, condition (e.g. Near Mint, Played), and rarity. Condition and characteristics of the cards are described to the best of our knowledge, but without guarantee. Minor color variations or signs of wear may occur with used cards.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and do not include shipping costs. Payment is processed via Stripe (e.g. credit card, Apple Pay) or advance payment (bank transfer). Orders are processed only after full payment has been received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout and are borne by the buyer. Cards are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Returns & Withdrawal

As these are collectible trading cards, returns are generally not accepted. However, if a card is demonstrably incorrect or significantly different from its description (e.g. counterfeit or heavily damaged), please contact us within 3 business days after receiving the order. Each case will be reviewed individually.

6. Liability

Luporix.com is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use or third-party actions.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Luporix.com until full payment has been received.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for order processing. Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Solothurn, Switzerland.
